A season-long prediction game for the UEFA Champions League. You bet virtual coins on matches, answer Predictions, predict the league-phase table and pick knockout winners. Everything you get right turns into points, and points rank you on the table.

No. Coins are virtual, there is nothing to buy, and there are no payouts. The only thing at stake is your position on the leaderboard.

The Champions League only. Nothing else is in the game.

1. Your wallet is set to 50 coins.
2. Bet coins on the round's fixtures over on Matches. Each match asks four questions.
3. Answer that round's Predictions.
4. Matches lock at kick-off; the admin enters the results.
5. The round settles: coins above 50 become points, Predictions and bracket points are added, and your wallet resets to 50 for the next round.

Coins are the betting currency inside one round. They are not your score. They only matter until the round settles, and then they reset.

50 per round, every round. Your wallet is _set_ to 50 at the start of a round — it is not topped up on top of what you had.

No. Whatever you finish a round with, you start the next one on 50. That is deliberate: a huge week banks points but never buys you a permanent bankroll advantage, and a terrible week can't leave you unable to play.

No per-match cap. The only limit is what is left in your 50-coin round wallet. The minimum is 1 coin.

Then you can't place more bets until settled bets pay coins back into the wallet. Existing bets can still be edited while their match is open, as long as the new wager fits what you have available.

On Matches, pick the round, open a fixture that is Open, answer the four questions, set a wager with the − / + stepper and save. The wager comes out of your wallet straight away.

Your wager W is split evenly across the four questions — W/4 riding on each. Every correct answer returns its stake plus an equal reward, so W/2 comes back per hit. Wrong answers lose their quarter.

• 1 of 4 right → 0.5× your wager back
• 2 of 4 right → 1× — you break even
• 3 of 4 right → 1.5×
• 4 of 4 right → 3× (see below)

Getting all four right pays 3× the whole wager instead of the 2× the linear maths would give. The jump from 1.5× to 3× is the whole point of going for a perfect bet.

You can change it — questions and wager both. Saving again replaces the old bet. There is no cancel; set it to a 1-coin wager if you want out cheaply.

At the fixture's deadline, which is kick-off. After that the match is read-only and you wait for the result.

You can save a partial bet, but an unanswered question is graded as wrong — it loses its quarter of the wager like any miss. There is no reason to leave one empty.

You lose 10 points. Predicting at least one match in a round is the minimum participation rule, and it is the only way points ever go down.

No. The penalty only applies to rounds whose deadline fell _after_ you joined. Rounds that closed before you existed as a player are ignored.

Coins are per-round and temporary; points are permanent. Coins never appear on the leaderboard. They only become points through the end-of-round surplus.

• Betting surplus — anything above 50 coins at settlement: points += wallet − 50.
• Predictions — the admin's point value for each question you get right.
• League-phase ranking — points for each club you place in exactly the right position, plus 1 point for each club you correctly leave out of the top 24.
• Knockout picks — the round's point value for each tie you call correctly.

Only one way: the −10 for predicting nothing in a round. Everything else is upside — a losing bet costs coins, never points.

You start on 50 and bet 20 on match A, 20 on match B, 10 on match C — wallet 0.

• Match A, 2 of 4 right → 2 × (20/2) = +20 (break-even)
• Match B, perfect 4/4 → 20 × 3 = +60
• Match C, 1 of 4 right → 1 × (10/2) = +5

Wallet ends on 85, so 35 points go on your total and the wallet resets to 50.

A round settles automatically the moment the admin enters the last missing result for it. Predictions and bracket points land when the admin settles those separately.

If the admin corrects a scoreline or an answer key, that round is re-settled with the fixed numbers. Everyone affected moves, up or down, to what they should always have had.

By total points, highest first. Your total is one number that counts everywhere — see the league questions below.

A set of questions the admin writes for a round, worth points on their own. They are separate from betting: no coins are involved and there is no wager.

Whatever the admin set for it — it is shown on the question. Values vary by how hard the question is.

On a ladder, not all-or-nothing, and order is ignored:

• 8 of 11 → 1 point
• 9 of 11 → 2 points
• 10 of 11 → 4 points
• 11 of 11 → 8 points

Fewer than 8 correct pays nothing. It is steep on purpose — naming most of an XI is guessing, naming all of it is knowing.

Yes, until the prediction round's window closes. Saving again replaces the old answer.

Only after the question is settled. Until then the answer key is not sent to your browser at all, so there is nothing to peek at.

The Champions League league phase is a single 36-club table. You predict the top 24 in order — the clubs you think finish in the qualification zone. You must submit exactly 24 clubs. The 12 you leave out are your call on who goes out, and they score too — see below.

Exact position only, with partial credit: each club that lands on precisely the slot you gave it pays a flat number of points. A club you had in the right half of the table but the wrong slot pays nothing.

Yes — 1 point each. Whatever you do not put in your 24 counts as your prediction that those clubs miss the qualification zone, and every one that really does finish 25th–36th pays 1 point. You never submit a bottom 12 and you never order it: down there only who is right matters, not where.

Say you get 5 of your 24 slots exactly right, at 3 points a slot, and 9 of the 12 clubs you left out really do finish 25th–36th.

• Positions: 5 × 3 = 15
• Eliminated: 9 × 1 = 9
• Total: 24 points

The other 3 clubs you left out qualified after all, so they pay nothing — and the 3 clubs that went out despite being in your 24 pay nothing either.

You predict only the knockout round that is currently open — if the round of 16 window is open, you pick the round of 16, using the real clubs in it. Each tie is a straight pick of who goes through, and each round carries its own point value, so later rounds can be worth more.

Because every round is predicted against the clubs actually in it. That removes the usual bracket problem where one early upset invalidates half your sheet — your quarter-final picks are made when you know who is in the quarter-finals.

The global league ranks every player and you are in it automatically. A mini-league is a private group you or a friend created, joined by invite code. It is a _filtered view_ of the same ranking — same points, fewer people.

From Account: name it and you get a 7-character invite code. You become its league admin and are joined automatically. Share the code with whoever you want in it.

Enter the invite code on Account. Codes are not case-sensitive.

No — and this is the most important rule to understand. You answer every question once. That answer, and the points it earns, count identically in every league you belong to. Being in five leagues means five leaderboards showing the same total, not five sets of predictions.

No. You bring your existing points with you, so a league you join in January already shows everything you have earned. There is no back-filling either: you have points only for windows you actually played.

No. Creating a league lets you rename it, manage its invite code and remove members. Questions, answers and scoring are global and belong to the system admin.

Yes, as many as you like.

• Upcoming — the window hasn't opened; nothing to do yet.
• Open now — accepting predictions and edits, with a deadline counting down.
• Awaiting results — the window has shut and nothing has been settled yet.
• Completed — settled: your answers, the correct ones and the points you got.

Either it hasn't opened yet, or its deadline has passed. Being able to look at a round is not the same as it being open — only Open now accepts predictions, and the round dropdown marks the live one with · live.

Your own. Every time in the app is rendered in the device's local time zone.

Yes — System, Light or Dark, from the top bar or Account. System follows your phone or laptop. The choice is stored on your account, so it follows you to any device you sign in on.

Yes. On Android and desktop Chrome or Edge, Account shows an install button. On iPhone and iPad, use Safari's Share menu → Add to Home Screen — Apple gives no way for a page to offer that itself.

Not yet. There are no push notifications, so check the countdown on Matches yourself.

It is hashed with bcrypt and never stored or logged in readable form. Reset links are single-use, expire after an hour and are stored hashed too.

The system admin enters every fixture, result, first scorer, card count and answer key by hand. No live football feed touches the app, which is why results appear a while after full time rather than instantly.
